Vince McMahon comes to the ring. Just for the record last Thursday night as I stood in this ring I was not about to kiss anyone's ass. There's no one man to make me kiss anyone's ass. I was in this ring ready to take care of business and what happened? Steve Austin shows up on the TitanTron, beat the hell out of Angle, and threatened to beat me up if I left the ring. Then Ric Flair comes out to the stage and says if anybody intereferes he would suspend them. Then, it happened. The Rock took advantage of me. Rock shoved my face into Rikishi's ass. That was the most humiliating experience of my life. And how did you people react? You laughed, as if this was some sort of cartoon show, some skit on SNL, and you laughed at me. You don't laugh at the misfortunes of billionares. You laugh when I tell you to laugh. If you don't remember anything else for the rest of the night then remember this - he who laughs last laughs the loudest.

Ric Flair comes to the stage. Did I hear you say laughs last? We all hope we've seen the last of you tonight. These people came to see Vengeance and this show is about to start right now.

Scotty Too Hotty and Albert vs Test and Christian
Vince has not left the ring yet so Scotty and Albert dance around him. Vince finally leaves the ring but watches from the standing ringside area. Albert hits a splash on test, Christian makes the save. Double team on Test. Test clotheslines Scotty. Double team on Scotty in the corner. Albert finally tagged in and cleans house. Albert puts Christian in the giant swing for a two count. Albert hits test and Christian with a double clothesline. Scotty takes down Test with the bulldog followed up by the worm. Baldo bomb on Christian for the pin.

Edge vs. William Regal
Clothesline by Edge. Missile dropkick by Edge, Regal rolls out of the ring to regroup. Regal shoves Edge into the ring post. Back in the ring Edge hits a high backbody drop for a two count. Regal drives his knee to the back of Edge's neck for a two count. Rollup by Edge for a two count. Running knee by Regal for a two count. Suplex by Regal for a two count. Edge with a swinging neckbreaker. Clothesline by Edge. Top rope huricanrana by Edge for a two count. Northern lights suplex by Edge. Edge sends Regal out of the ring. Edge misses a spear off the apron and hits the ring steps. Regal pulls out some brass knucks from under the ring post. Regal throws Edge back in the ring for a two count when Edge gets his foot on the bottom rope. Double underhook powerbomb by Regal for a two count. Enzeguri by Edge. Rollup by Edge. Regal with a left forearm knocks Edge flat on his back. Two double underhook powerbombs in a row by Regal for a two count. Regal stomps Edge in the corner. Regal puts the brass knucks on. Edge hits a spear out of no where for the pin.

Backstage, Ric Flair is on the phone. Kurt Angle enters and reminds Flair of what Vince said at the top of the show. Angle says Flair has never won olympic gold medal or an undisputed world champion. Angle tells Flair he will become the undisputed world champion. Flair says he believes Angle.

Backstage, Matt and Lita talk. Lita says she is always on Matt's side but tonight she is the referee and she needs to call it right down the middle.

Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy
Guest Referee: Lita
Arm drag takedown by Jeff. Matt and Jeff trade chops in the corner. Matt drops Jeff neck first across the ropes. Matt with a belly to back suplex. Matt misses a top rope legdrop. Flying forearm by Jeff. Jeff hits a second rope legdrop for a two count. Matt puts Jeff in the tree of woe. Lita tells Matt to back off and pulls Jeff down. Rollup by Matt for a two count. Matt tries a sunset flip off the ring apron, Jeff counters with a huricanrana. Back in the ring Jeff lands wrong and hurts his knee. Matt takes advantage with a chop block. Matt drives his knees into Jeff's knees. Side russian leg sweep by Jeff. Matt puts on a half crab, Jeff makes it to the ropes. Jeff kicks Matt out of the ring. Jeff follows up with a baseball slide. Jeff with a reverse mule kick. Jeff drops his legs in Matt's groin. Belly to back suplex by Jeff. Jeff goes up top, Matt crotches him, and throws him off with a slam. Backslide by Matt for a two count. Matt sits on Jeff and uses the ropes for leverage. Lita catches Matt. Matt kicks Jeff out of the ring. Jeff counters a top rope twist of fate with a swanton bomb for the pin. Matt had his foot on the ropes but Lita did not see it because Jeff pulled it off.

Backstage, Trish tells Rock how awesome it was of what he did to Vince on Smackdown. Trish also says she knows Rock has a big match tonight and she kisses Rock for good luck. Trish tries to leave but Rock won't let her. Rock says the only thing he is concentrating on tonight is winning the undisputed world championship. But after tonight there will be plenty of time for Trish to smell what the Rock is cooking.

WWF Tag Team Championship Match
The Dudley Boyz w/ Stacy Keibler vs. Kane and The Big Show
Kane with a big boot on Dvon followed by a backdrop on Bubba. Show bodyslams Bubba for a two count. Show with a sidewalk slam on Dvon for a two count. Show butt-splashes Dvon in the corner. Show irish whips Kane into Dvon and Bubba with running clotheslines. Kane and Show clear the ring. Kane comes off the top to the outside on Bubba and Dvon. Stacy enters the ring and Show pulls down her pants to her panties and spanks her ass. Bubba and Dvon hit Kane with a double neckbreaker. Whassup headbutt on Kane. Dudleyz with a double flapjack on Kane. Kane counters the 3D with a big boot and a clothesline. Show tagged in and cleans house. Bubba chopblocks Show. Kane hits Show with a top rope lariat by accident. Kane throws Bubba out of the ring. Show and Kane start arguing over the miscommunication. Dudleyz attack them from behind to no avail. Show knocks Kane off the ring apron by accident. Bubba exposes the turnbuckle. 3D on Show into the exposed turnbuckle for the pin.

Backstage, Lita tells Matt she did not see his foot on the ropes and that she is sorry. Matt does not listen and walks out on her.

WWF Hardcore Championship Match
Rob Van Dam vs. The Undertaker
Match starts off with RVD backing UT into the corner with kicks and punches. UT with a big elbow for a two count. RVD with a spinning heel kick for a two count. UT crotches RVD on the ropes and kicks him to the floor. UT follows out and shoves RVD into the ring steps. Both men fight into the crowd. RVD hits a springboard moonsault off a section of railing in the crowd. UT hits RVD with a chair. RVD sprays a fire extinguisher in UT's face. RVD hits UT in the head with a trash can. RVD goes up to the balcony, and dives off with a crossbody for a two count. Both men make their way behind the TitanTron, then back out to the top of the stage. RVD hits a spinning legdrop for a two count. UT picks up RVD and drives him head first into the side of the TitanTron. UT attempts the last ride but RVD counters by climbing the side of the TitanTron. RVD with a spiining heel kick. RVD hits the rolling thunder for a two count. RVD skateboards the chair into UT's face for a two count. RVD misses the vandaminator, UT pulls the chair out of the way. UT ducks another vandaminator. UT chokeslams RVD off the stage through the tables to the concrete for the pin.
Winner and New WWF Hardcore Champion: The Undertaker

Backstage, Jericho enters Flair's dressing room. Jericho says Flair does not have confidence in him. Flair says if Jericho can pull it off then more power to him. Jericho says he will beat Rock, for the 3rd time, tonight, then go on to beat Angle or Austin to become the undisputed world champion. And then tomorrow on raw Flair will have to crown Jericho as the undisputed champion. Flair says he will crown SOMEONE the undisputed world champion, but if Jericho can pull it off then more power to him.

A video package is shown of career highlights and injury rehabilitation of Triple H. U2's "Beautiful Day" plays as the background music.

WWF Women's Championship Match
Trish Stratus vs. Jacqueline
Backbody drop by Jackie. Trish kicks Jackie in the chest. Jackie slaps Trish in the face. Clothesline by Jackie. Backdrop by Jackie. Back elbow by Jackie. Jackie dropkicks Trish in the back of the neck for a two count. Backslide by Trish for the pin.

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle
Angle and Austin stare at each other. Austin backs Angle into the corner. Wastelock takedown by Angle, Austin rolls to the outside to re-group. Austin pulls on Angle's arm. Austin chokes Angle on the ropes. Austin throws Angle out of the ring. Austin follows out and sends Angle into the ring post. Back in the ring Angle stomps on Austin. Austin with a single arm ddt for a two count. Austin chops Angle in the corner. Angle puts on the ankle lock, Austin makes it to the bottom rope. Austin dumps Angle out of the ring. Austin follows out and sends Angle head first into the spanish announce table. Chops by Austin. Angle wraps Austin's knee around the ring post. Chops by Angle. Angle puts the figure four on Austin around the ring post, the referee breaks the hold. Back in the ring Angle puts on the ankle lock, Austin kicks out. Belly to belly suplex by Angle. Angle kicks Austin down in the corner. Multiple german suplexes by Angle for a two count. Angle goes up top and misses a moonsault. Lou Thez press by Austin. Spinebuster by Austin for a two count. Angle rakes the eyes. Austin with multiple german suplexes of his own for a two count. Mule kick by Angle. Angle slam on Austin for a two count. Angle tries the stunner but Austin counters with a stunner of his own for the pin.

Backstage, Test enters Trish's dressing room. Test wants to congratulate Trish with a kiss for beating Jackie tonight. Test tells Trish to pucker up. Trish asks if Test is crazy and makes him leave.

World Championship Match
The Rock vs. Chris Jericho
Shoulder block by Rock. Arm drag takedowns by Rock. Clothesline by Rock. Spinning heel kick by Jericho. Jericho springboard dropkicks Rock off the ring apron. Jericho follows out and sends Rock head first into the spanish announce table. Jericho bounces Rock's head off the ring steps. Back in the ring Jericho hits a top rope reverse elbow for a two count. Jericho with a suplex, poses over Rock. Jericho chokes Rock in the ropes. Chops by Jericho. Flying forearm by Rock for a two count. Belly to back suplex by Jericho for a two count. Samoan drop by Rock for a two count. Sleeper by Jericho, Rock gets out. Jericho misses a lionsault but lands on his feet. Bulldog by Jericho followed up by the lionsault for a two count. Suplex by Jericho. Jericho goes up top and Rock crotches him by hitting the ropes. Jericho hits a top rope crossbody, Rock rolls through for a two count. Rock sidesteps Jericho and throws him out of the ring. Rock follows out and Jericho drops him across the security wall. Jericho catapults Rock into the ring post. Rock ddt's Jericho through the announce table. Back in the ring Jericho counters the rock bottom with a front face slam. Jericho attempts the people's elbow but Rock jumps up at the last second with the sharpshooter, Jericho counters with a sharpshooter of his own. Rock makes it to the ropes. Rock with a rollup for a two count. Rock bottom on Jericho, but he can not capitalize due to the pain he received from the sharpshooter. Vince runs down to the ring and distracts the referee. Rock knocks Vince off the ring apron. Rock with a spinebuster on Jericho. Rock pulls Vince into the ring and hits Jericho with the people's elbow. Jericho low blows Rock and gives him a rock bottom of his own for the pin.
Winner and New World Champion: Chris Jericho

Steve Austin immediately comes out for the undisputed championship match and attacks Jericho. Angle hits the ring and hits Austin in the back of the head with a chair. Rock re-enters the ring and gives Jericho the rock bottom. Rock chases Angle to the back. The bell officially rings.

Undisputed Unified Championship Match
Chris Jericho vs. Steve Austin
Both men are out from the start of the match. Jericho rolls over on Austin for a two count. Jericho chops on Austin and hits a flying forearm. Austin shoves Jericho's face into the turnbuckles multiple times. Austin looks for the stunner but Jericho ducks and rolls out of the ring. Austin follows out and chops on Jericho. Austin sends Jericho into the ring post, twice. Austin pulls the mat off the concrete floor. Jericho with a hard right that sends Austin to the floor head first. Jericho lays Austin across the spanish announce table. Both men fight on top of the table, Austin counters the walls of jericho. Austin suplexes Jericho on the floor. Back in the ring Jericho sidesteps Austin, and Austin runs shoulder first into the ring post. Jericho misses a dropkick. Austin catapults Jericho into the turnbuckles. Jericho locks on an arm bar submission and puts his feet on the ropes for advantage. Hebner knocks Jericho's feet off the ropes and breaks the hold. Suplex by Jericho. Jericho accidently hits Hebner with a flying forearm by accident when Austin ducks. Jericho low blows Austin and hits him with the stunner. Vince comes out and orders Nick Patrick to take over. Ric Flair comes out and Vince sucker punches him. Vince sends Flair into the ring post. Austin stomps on Vince on the outside. Back in the ring Austin hits Jericho with the lou thez press. Jericho misses a missile dropkick. Austin capitalizes with the walls of jericho. Jericho taps but there is no referee. Booker T enters the ring and hits Austin in the back of the head with the WWF title. Booker leaves through the crowd. Vince shoves Hebner back into the ring. Jericho hooks Austin's leg and Hebner counts three.
Winner and New Undisputed World Champion: Chris Jericho

Vince walks up the rampway laughing loud. Confetti falls from the ceiling as Jericho walks up the ramp with Vince holding Jericho's arms high.
