The PPV started with Joey Styles and Joel Gertner in the ring for the opening introduction. Gertner does another one of his classic opening phrases.
Christian York and Joey Mathews vs Danny Doring and RoadKill
Mathews and Doring start off. Shoulder block by Doring. Tilt a whirl headscissors by Mathews. Doring goes low on Mathews and follows up with the G-Spot suite. RoadKill and York tagged in. Shoulder block by RoadKill. Arm drags by York. RoadKill catapults York into the corner but he blocks it and drops a leg on RoadKill. RoadKill with sidewalks slams on York and Mathews. Mathews with a bulldog on RoadKill. Doring clotheslines Mathews off RoadKill's shoulders. York and Mathews with a pair of suicide dives to the outside on Doring and RoadKill. York and Mathews do the future shock on Doring. RoadKill with a springboard clothesline on York and Mathews. York off the top with a leg on Doring. Mathews with a neckbreaker on Doring for a two count. Doring with the wham bam thank you mam on York. Bearback on Mathews. Buggyback on Mathews for the pin. Both teams shake hands after the match. Simon Diamond and Swinger run out. Problem solver on Doring.

Cyrus comes to the ring. Cyrus says Gertner is a big fat piece of crap and a terrible commentator. Cyrus says everyone at TNN Center says "He's got Pop". Gertner takes off his headset and heads to the ring. Cyrus makes a stipulation, if Gertner wants Cyrus he has to go through his men. EZ Money comes to the ring with Hamrick, Dinero, and Elektra. Lil Spike Dudley comes to the ring. Spike says they are still on the network and Cyrus still has a little bit of stroke but he has a lot of stroke. Spike says he won't over rule Cyrus' decision but not by wrestling Gertner but an opponent by his choosing. If Cryus' men win he can walk away scott-free. if Spike's men win Gertner and Cyrus will have to wrestle. Spike introduces Kid Kash.
EZ Money vs Kid Kash
Kash starts off with a tilt a whirl flying head scissors. Kash throws Money to the floor. Money dives out of the ring by accident when Kash moves out of the way. Kash does a springboard summersault plancha to the floor on Money. Back in the ring Kash hits a springboard clothesline for a two count. Money hits the money clip on Kash for a two count. Money puts Kash in the pentilum of pain, hold is broke, and gets a two count. Both men trade chops. Kash with a double springboard huricanrana. Kash with a flying tornado ddt for a two count. Money puts Kash in the electric dreams for a two count. Kash with a springboard plancha for a two count. Both men trade two counts. Kash hits the money maker. Elektra distracts the ref. Kash hits Hamrick. Dinero with a russian leg sweep on Kash. Dinero and Money double team Kash. Money goes up top and hits the confederate drop for a two count. Money goes up top and gets crotched by Kash. Kash follows him up and Kash counters a powerbomb with a huricanrana for the pin. After the match Dinero and Hamrick double team Kash. Spike comes in and hits the acid drop on Money. Hamrick puts Spike in the figure four. Sandman comes in and clears the ring with his cane. Sandman points towards Elektra. Elektra tries to seduce Sandman. Sandman pulls a beer out of his pocket, pours it on her breasts, and rubs Gertner's face in it.

ECW vs. The Network
"The Quintessential Studmuffin" Joel Gertner vs. Cyrus
Gertner spears Cyrus. Gertner takes off his shirt and he is decorated like Kamala. Gertner hits Cyrus with a splash in the corner. Cyrus trips up Gertner and puts the boots to him. Cyrus chops Gertner in the corner. Sandman spits beer in Cyrus' face. Gertner schoolboys Cyrus for the pin. After the match Sandman drinks a lot of beer.
Winner: Joel Gertner
The Baldies vs Balls Mahoney and Chilly Willy
Match starts off with a big brawl. Double neckbreakers on The Baldies. Balls attacks Angel with a fork. Ball digs the fork in DeVito's head. Chilly and Angel fight outside the ring. Balls throws DeVito out of the ring. Balls backdrops DeVito into the third row. Balls bites DeVito on the head. Balls and DeVito make their way to the back of the arena. DeVito with a drop toe hold on Balls. DeVito with a moonsault off the low stage on Balls. Angel powerbombs Chilly on a chair in the crowd. Back in the ring DeVito headbutts Balls to no avail. Balls winds up and knocks DeVito out. Balls crotches DeVito on the ropes. Balls superkicks DeVito. Balls grabs his chair and hits DeVito over the head. Angel staples Balls in the eye. Baldies grab the chairs. Balls and Chilly say bring it on. Baldies hit them again with the chairs for the double pin.
Winners: The Baldies
Lou E attacks Gertner at the broadcast position. Styles attacks Lou and security breaks them up.
Justin Credible cuts a promo backstage with Francine.
Jerry Lynn does a promo from his dressing room.
Cyrys takes over for Gertner at the broadcast position.
To determine the number one contender to the ECW World Heavyweight Title:
Steve Corino w/Dawn Marie and Jack Victory vs. C.W. Anderson
Corino puts a headlock on CW. CW drives a knee into Corino's face. Both men trade chops. CW with a superkick. Corino with a modified t-bone suplex. Corino throws 2 chairs in the ring. Corino hits CW in the head with the chair for a two count. CW is busted open. Corino with a dropkick for a two count. CW throws Corino out of the ring. CW grabs his chair and follows Corino out. Corino places the chair between the ropes and slams CW into it. CW thows the chair at Corino in the head. Corino is now busted open. CW whips Corino into the guard rail. Back in the ring CW places a chair between the ropes and throws Corino, shoulder first, into the chair. CW hits a shoulder stunner for a two count. CW drives the chair into Corino's shoulder. CW kicks the chair into Corino for a two count. CW hits the ferris wheel on Corino for a two count. CW sets the chair up in the middle of the ring. Sleeper on Corino. Corino counters the sleeper with an atomic drop on the chair. Corino mule kicks CW then hits the bionic elbow. Simon and Swinger come out but Jack Victory keeps them at bay. Corino superkicks CW for a two count. Corino with the old school exspulsion for the pin.

The Sinister Minister with Whipwreck and Tajiri cut a promo in the back.

Match starts off with a big brawl. Pair of kicks on the Italians. Tarantula on Guido. Mikey with a guiloteen legdrop on Mamaluke. Mikey posts Sal and Tajiri kicks Sal in the head. Mikey puts Mamaluke in the tree of woe. Tajiri nails him with an awesome kick. Sinister racks Mamaluje with his cane. Tajiri kicks a chair against Guido's head. Mikey throws a chair at Guido. Mikey drives the chair across the back of Guido's neck. Mamaluke goes low on Mikey. FBI double powerbombs Mikey off the top. Guido catches Mikey and drops him face first against the canvas. Mamaluke with a russian leg sweep on Mikey for a two count. Tajiri kicks Guido in the head and follows up with the handspring into a back elbow. Mikey with a rib breaker on Mamaluke. Green mist into Guido's eyes. Double whippersnapper on Guido, Sal makes the save. Sal splashes Minister on the guard rail. Tajiri throws one of the tag belts at Sal. Tajiri with a moonsault to the outside on Sal. Guido hits Mikey in the head with the tag belt. Guido and Mamaluke plant Mikey for the pin.

Rhino vs. Rob Van Dam w/ Bill Alfonso
Rhino charges RVD. RVD ducks and Rhino hits the floor. Rhino pushes RVD off the guard rail into the crowd. Rhino pushes RVD all the way to the back of the arena. Rhino spears RVD on a chair in the front row. Rhino press slams RVD back over the guard rail into a chair. RVD kicks a chair into Rhino's face. RVD flies out of the ring onto Rhino. Back in the ring RVD hits an inverted atomic drop. RVD skateboards the chair into the face of Rhino. Rhino clotheslines RVD off the second turnbuckle for a two count. Rhino gores RVD in the corner. Rhino throws RVD out of the ring. Rhino puts a table in the ring and sets it up in the corner. RVD with a heel kick on Rhino. Alfonso brings a chair into the ring. Rhino hits RVD with the chair and throws it out. RVD with a moonsault followed up by the 5 star frog splash for a two count. Rhino spears RVD. Rhino piledrives RVD off the ring apron through a table. Alfonso hits Rhino with a chair. Vandaminator on Rhino. RVD goes up top for the vanterminator but Justin Credible comes out and hits him with the cane. RVD still manages to pull off the vanterminator but Rhino pulls Alfonso in front of the chair at the last second. Rhino gores RVD through the table. Rhino hits the piledriver on the chair for the pin. After the match medical officials check on Alfonso.

Justin Credible w/ Francine vs. Jerry Lynn
Match starts off with a hammerlock into a drop toe hold by Lynn. Both men trade chops. Justin with a back drop. Top rope bulldog by Lynn. Lynn whips Justin out of the ring. Lynn with a baseball slide. Lynn goes up top and jumps to the outside on Justin. Francince gives Justin a chair. Justin slams Lynn face first into the chair. Justin drops Lynn across the chair for a two count. Justin throws Lynn to the outside. Both men trade shots in the aisle way. Justin rubs Lynn's face across the entrance cage/fence. Back in the ring Justin places a chair in the middle. Lynn counters Justin with a ddt on the chair. Inverted ddt by Justin for a two count. Justin pulls Lynn down to the mat with a front chancery. Justin grabs a mic and insults Minneapolis. Beer is thrown into the ring. Justin brings Lynn back down to the mat with a front chancery. Justin with a spinning ddt on Lynn. Lynn with a ddt on Justin on the chair. Lynn with a running clothesline. Lynn goes up top and hits a legdrop for a two count. Lynn places a table in the ring and sets it up. Lynn puts Justin on the table. Lynn goes up top and Francine crotches him. Justin slams Lynn from the turnbuckles through the table for a two count. Justin goes up top and Lynn crotches him. Lynn follows him up but Justin hits a sunset flip for a two count. Cradle piledriver by Lynn for a two count. That's incredible piledriver on Lynn for a two count. Justin superkicks the ref by accident. Lynn rolls Justin up but the new ref, Danny Daniels, refuses to count. Francince hits Lynn with the cane. Backbreaker by Justin. Lynn goes for the cradle piledriver and Daniels hits him with the cane. New Jack comes to the ring and gives Daniels an ass beating. Justin hits New Jack with the cane. Lynn hits the cradle piledriver on Justin, old ref gets up, and makes the three count!

After the match all the wrestlers come out to celebrate with Lynn.
