Pay-per-view opens with Cyrus and Joey Styles in the ring. Joey gets a pop from the crowd, while Cyrus gets a mixed reaction, learning towards boos. Cyrus states the he is the best Color Commentator in wrestling, fans boo. Cyrus working the crowd stating he sometimes uses more intelligent words than the average people. Receives an "Asshole" which turns into "You Suck D*ck". Cyrus finishes, but Gertner makes his way out. Stating this ain’t Nashville, or the office, but this is pay-per-view. So he’s going to do the same thing he always does on pay-per-views, which is telling the people he is the host of the show, in Birmingham, "I wanna lick Heather Locklear", Alabama. Makes some references to his "member". Gertner runs of a list of things he has done, finishing with "got some snat¢h waiting back at the hotel". Said he was done for the night and left the ring.*

ECW opening credits play, as the fans in attendance chant "ECW! ECW! ECW!"

After the credits, we’re back in the arena as Mikey Whipwreck makes his way down to the ring, as Cyrus and Styles bicker back and forth. Whipwreck makes his way down as Lou E. Dangerously is in the ring cutting a promo stating the fans in Alabama are trash etc. Lou E., presents us Beatuiful Billy Dundee, and C.W. Anderson, the new Dangerous Alliance.

Whipwreck starts off irish whipping Anderson into the turnbuckle, then whipping Billy. Both men outside, Whipwreck back in climbing the ropes but is super kicked by Anderson, all the way out to the arena floor, over the guard rail. Bill rolls him back in, Anderson picks him up and executes a shoulder breaker. Pin attempt, only two. Anderson stomping awy on Whipwreck, and goes for another pin, only two. Picks him up and goes for a single arm DDT, pin attempt, only 2. Whipwreck whipping into the ropes, Anderson follows in, boot the face, Whipwreck climbs the ropes, attempted tornado DDT, but fails but Whipwreck turns it into a russian leg sweep. Pin attempt only 2. Whipwreck goes for the whippersnapper, 1-2, Billy pulls the ref out. Lou E. on the apron, ref distracted, Billy back in and tries a hiptoss, but Whipwreck turns it into a whippersnapper, Lou E. passes what looked like a cell phone to Anderson. Knocks Whipwreck, whip into ropes, followed by a Anderson spine buster. 1-2-3.

Music starts up, and Simon Diamond makes his way out, with Mitch (Dressed in a butler suit). Danny Doring and Roadkill with Electra. make their way out. Intergalatic starts up as Nova, Kid Kash and Jazz all make their way out to the ring. Mitch grabs the mic, and introduces Simon Diamond, taking nearly a minute and a half.

Match 2 - Simon Diamond/Danny Doring/Roadkill Vs. Jazz/Kid Kash/Nova

Jazz and Doring start off. Tie up into a side headlock for Jazz. Doring breaks out, Jazz goes for a pin attempt but to no avail. Doring tags in Roadkill. Roadkill charges, Jazz ducks, and tags in Kash, Kash with multiple arm drags on Roadkill. Doring comes in, Nova in as well, Nova holds Roadkill, Kash with a bulldog. In comes Jazz and Simon. NO TAGS?! Jazz dominates in a series of holds, multiple chops into a Jazz stinger. All wrestlers outside now, Simon’s former bodyguard, Richard comes out, grabs Jazz. Jazz jumps on his back, Jazz is choking Dick! Back in the ring Nova executes a backwards DDT on Doring. Enter Roadkill, who is knocked down by Nova. Nova grabs Doring in the corner, and runs at Doring, releases Roadkill and goes for a clothesline on Doring. Doring and Roadkill taking turns dominating Nova. Doring goes for the Bareback, pin attempt, only 2. Roadkill in charges now, slams him down. Roadkill on the second rope, and hits the amish elbow. Picks up Nova, and whips him into the ropes, gives him the dirt road slam. Doring in, goes for a pin, only 2. Doring to the outside, pretending to want a tag. Nova gets up and goes for the tag but is knocked down. Chris Chetti down to the ring and wants a Nova tag. Doring dominating but finally Novca gets free and tags in Chetti. Chetti with multiple lariats on Doring, Roadkil in, and gets a side kick. Roadkill to the outside, Chetti with a dive over the top. Doring goes for a dive, connects. Chwetti rolls in to meet Electra. Elctra takes off her see through coat, Chetti picks her up and slams her, goes for a 69 position pin. Doring climbs in and breaks it up. Doring gets an under hook DDT on Chetti. Doring falls ouy, but Roadkill on the side top rope. Goes for a splash on Chetti and connects. 1-2-3.

After the match, the Dubbs? come in and jumps Chetti and Roadkill. Nova and Doring team up with chairs to rid the ring. Nova and Chetti leave, as Electra, Doring and Roadkill remain in the ring, chant of show your tits.

Interview with Judge Jeff Jones and Mike Awesome in the back. Jones stating that Awesome is going to retain his belt, and that Spike is going to feel pain, for interrupting Awesome’s celebration of winning the title for a second time. Awesome gets on the mic and says he knocked Spike’s girl friend’s teeth down her F*ing throat. Said he’s been busting his ass for a long time and isn’t going to let Spike take it away from him.

Spike is shown saying he’s going to show Awesome pain and revenge for hurting his girlfriend.

Music hits, and Corino and Tajiri come out. Next up is Super Crazy. Corino states that he decided that Super Crazy will be Tajiri’s partner. Crazy is not pleased. Lil Guido and Big Sal E. come out next, as Guido states that Corino is crazy for not picking him, since he is the best technician in ECW. Corino says that, that is too bad and that he decides what happens. Corino states that HE DECIDES what goes on here. Fans start to chant "PAUL E! PAUL E!" Camera pans to Paul E. Paul E. states that he is the man that calls the shots, and the fans know. Paul E. Says that Corino teaming Tajiri and Crazy together, is one "fu*ing idea." Paul E. states that since Corino choose Tajiri’s partner…. He gets to choose Guido’s. He announces the new FN show, Jerry Lynn.

Match #3 - Tajiri/Super Crazy Vs. Lil Guido/Jerry Lynn

Lynn and Crazy start off, Lynn gets an arm bar into a reverse by Crazy, Lynn rolls out, puts on a hammerlock. Crazy tries to put a hammerlock on, but Lynn arm drags him. Whip in to ropes by Lynn, shoulder block. Crazy spring boards off the second rope, over Lynn, and shoulder block. Both men pause as the fans applaud. Lynn goes for a tilterawhile back breaker but Crazy reverses into an arm drag. Crazy tags out as Tajiri slowly comes in. Tajiri asking for Gudio, Guido in, multiple pushes, into a leg sweep by Guido. Attempted powerbomb by Tajiri, but Guido blocks it. Tajiri takes Gudio down. and gives him multiple buzz saw like kicks to the head. Guido tied up, chops by Tajiri. Whip into the ropes by Tajiri, attempted tilt-a-whirl, Guido gets an arm bar submission on. Gudio tags in Lynn who goes shot for shot with Tajiri. Whip into turnbuckle, followed by a clothesline on Tajiri. Tajiri gets Lynn in the corner and goes for the tarantula. Guido breaks it up. Crazy in now against Guido. Tosses Crazy to the outside, Lynn climbs up top and goes for a plancha, Crazy climbs back in and goes for an asai moonsault. Guido and Crazy take off into the crowd. Tajiri ties Lynn upside down in the corner, and baseball slides him in the face. Crazy climb up on a balcony and moonsaults onto Guido and connects. Tajiri working over Lynn in the ring with kicks. Tajiri pirches Lynn on top, Lynn counters with a sunset flip pin attempt. All four men in the ring now as Tajiri and Crazy punch Guido and Lynn in opposite corners. Guido and Lynn whip Tajiri and Crazy into each other, Tajiri leap frogs over, but both get drop kicks from Lynn and Guido. Guido and Crazy take over the ring as Crazy connects with a fall back powerbomb. Crazy climbs theropes and connects with a moonault. Lynn climbs in and gets a DDT for his efforts. Crazy and Tajiri go for a double team powerbomb but only get two. Crazy gets a piledriver on Lynn as the fans chant "TABLE!." Tajiri climbs back in and Crazy knocks out Lynn. Lynn and Crazy fight over who will pin Lynn, Tajiri knocks out Crazy and pins Lynn.

Corino gets on the mic, and says that Lynn is a piece of crap like the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes. Corino runs down Dusty some more. Dusty sneaks in the opposite side of the ring. Dusty gives multiple Elbows to the head. Rhino sneaks in and jumps Dusty. Victory, Tajiri, Rhino and Corino all stomp away at the Dream. Wrestlers run out to make the save, Doring, Kid Kash, Roadkill, Nova etc. Dusty fights them off, until he collapses. The wrestlers help him up. Heyman runs in as well, and checks on Dusty. Fans begin to chant "DUSTY! DUSTY!" as Dusty walks off.

Some dates for TNN tapings are shown followed by an ad for the first ever ECW game. Following that, we’re taken into the arena where Da Baldies make their way down to the ring. Followed by the Original Gangsta, New Jack, with a garbage can of goodies.

Match 4 - New Jack Vs. Angel w/ The Baldies

New Jack starts off with multiple shots to Angel, followed by nailing him with a road sign. Next up? A mail box. You have mail. Angle staggering as New Jack picks up a large wine bottle and cracks him with it. Followed by the staple gun. New Jack takes a walk, and pulls out a large table, my mistake, it’s the roof of an automobile. New Jack hip tosses Angel into it. Jack rolls him back onto it, and climbs to the top rope, flying elbow right onto to Angel. Angel busted wide open. New Jack rolls Angel back in. New Jack with a rectangular sign. Smash. Next up is the vacuum cleaner to the balls. New Jack pulled to the outside by the other baldies. New Jack "handing" the two of them their asses. New Jack with one of the baldies, takes a walk through the crowd. Baldy member and New Jack going shot for shot in the crowd. New Jack grabs him and plants him with two DDT’s. New jack now biting him in the head. Set him up on a table and climbs up onto a balcony. Where a camera is. About 25 feet in the air, and comes diving down onto the helpless Baldie. Angel finds New Jack and picks him up, and gives him a few shots. Angel and New Jack make their way back to the ring. Angel showboating with a road sign in hand. Whip off the ropes, New Jack ducks and hits angel with his own sign. Devito gets in the ring but is met by a staple gun. Angel picks up a shovel and wails New Jack in the back of the head with it. 1-2-3.

A shot from earlier today is shown. Fonzie is pushing RVD to do a promo, Damn says no at first but finally agrees. RVD states he is the fn show and the wrestler of the millennium. Says we’ll all be able to celebrate RVD as TV champ for another year. RVD states that he has beaten everybody for the title. Bam Bam Bigelow, Jerry Lynn, Fonzie says there no Sabu. RVD says that he is Rob Van Dam, the longest reigning champion, everyone’s favorite wrestler. Most gifted wrestler, and the whole F*ing show. Fonzie says he has to go no… goes directly to Sabu’s lockerroom. Says Sabu has been studying wrestling for 33 years, and that he finally found a man that is equal to him. Fonzie guarantees a Sabu victory, or Sabu will pack his bags and leave.

Fonzie makes his way out alone. The music starts up and Sabu jogs out first to a moderate pop. Next, RVD comes out with the fans chanting along with his song. RVD circles the ring, and walks by his wife, who is sitting ringside.

Match 5 - Television Title Match - Sabu Vs. Rob Van Dam

Introductions are finished, and the fans are chanting for RVD. Both men measure up each other. Until they go shot for shot. Whip off ropes, leg sweep by RVD. Sabu slides out as RVD follows. Both men going shot for shot again. RVD whipped into the guardrail. Sabu sets up a chair and jumps up and nails RVD. Back in the ring, Sabu goes for an arm bar. Releases, kick to the jaw. Whip off ropes, sling shot, into a pin. RVD up now, Cart wheel, back flip into a pin, 2. RVD whips Sabu but Sabu reverses, Sabu whips RVD outside. Sabu baseball slides RVD into the crowd, over the guardrail. Sabu off the ropes, springboard off top rope and jumps into the crowd on RVD. Sabu gives a few shots to the face before rolling him back over. Sabu sets up a table on the guardrail. RVD stops Sabu in his tracks. RVD on the apron, corkscrew leg drop on Sabu. RVD back in the ring. RVD somersaults over the ropes onto Sabu. Both men injured, but RVD rolls back in and celebrates. Chants of "RVD". RVD rolls out and rolls Sabu in. Sabu dives over RVD and brings him down with him in a modified power bomb. Sabu sets RVD up on the table leaning on the guardrail. Sabu climbs to the top. Diving splash on to RVD! Chants of "ECW!" Neither man is moving. Finally Sabu gets up and rolls into the ring. RVD still on the ground outside. RVD rolls in and Sabu gets a two count. Sabu gets some athletic tape, and begins rolling it around his right knee. Fonzie climbs in and gives Sabu a chair. RVD has one, and they slap chairs. RVD gets a spin heel kick, into a two count. Sabu rolls out and gets a Camel Clutch on RVD. Sabu releases the hold, backs Sabu in the corner, whips him, follows him into the opposite corner, spingboards off the ropes, back elbow knocking out the referee as well as RVD. Sabu has the match won, 1-2-3-4-5-6. The ref is out cold. Sabu wakes up the ref and only gets two. RVD climbs to the top but is knocked down by Sabu. Sabu with a hurcanrana. RVD goes for a chair but Fonzie grabs it. Refuses to give it to either man. Sabu with a running clothesline on RVD. Sabu goes for a springboard back flip but RVD grabs a chair to block it. RVD goes for the Frog Splash, 1-2-3.

Winner: Rob Van Dam - 20min 38secs

After the match, RVD and Sabu shake hands. Sabu leaves the ring first, as RVD remains to celebrate, as Fonzie is still out cold.

Promo of Lance Storm, Justin Credible, Dawn Marie and Jason in what looks to be a Boiler Room. Storm and Credible state they are going to take the titles from the Dreamer/Raven tonight and crown new ECW Champions.

Cyrus and Styles state that the Rhino/Sandman match has been cut, due to family problems, and that ECW doesn’t want to kid the fans by having a dummy get beaten up in the parking lot, or say a dog bit him, or make up any lie. ECW is built on honesty. Back in the arena, as Justin Credible makes his way out. Following him is Lance Storm, with the beautiful, Dawn Marie. Their opponents, Tommy Dreamer led by the even hotter, Francine, whose literally wearing lingerie. Raven makes his way out, and they start right away. Credible and Storm fight off Raven and Dreamer and then cut a small promo.

Match 6 - Justin Credible/Lance Storm w/ Dawn Marie Vs. Tommy Dreamer/Raven w/ Francine

Raven in the ring alone, as Dreamer works over Credible. Raven takes over Credible, fighting him all the way up to the stage entrance. Dreamer and Storm follow. Oh sh*t! Dreamer and Raven toss Storm and Credible off at the same time into a near by merchandise table down below. Raven follows them down and whips Credible into a table. Dreamer back in the ring with Storm. Pin attempt. Dreamer executes a russian leg sweep as Raven connects with a clothesline, pin attempt. Justin makes his way back in. Dreamer in, ducks a Credible Super Kick, but gets nailed with a Storm kick. Credible working Dreamer over in the corner. Tag by Credible, Storm I with a back body drop on Dreamer for 2. Storm sets a chair up on the turnbuckle. Storm whips Dreamer, reversal, Storm puts on the breaks. Pin attempt, Dreamer pushes Storm off right into the chair. Dreamer with a school boy, for 2. Dreamer whipped into the chair, rolls out, Storm pushes him back in and demands Dreamer to stand up. Dreamer on his knees, busted wide open, Credible drops the chair and goes for a headlock. Credible picks Dreamer up and executes a hangman neckbreaker on the chair. Attempted super kick by Credible, misses and gets knocked down, Dreamer with a DDT on Storm. Dreamer tags in Raven who goes nuts on the Impact Players. Raven sends Storm to outside. Raven executes a drop toe hold into the chair on Credible. Ravem with a whip, Credible reverses with a tombstone, 1-2. Dreamer comes in and tosses Credible right over the turnbuckle. Storm in and hits a piledriver on Dreamer for 2. Storm tries for a suplex to the outside, but gets back body droped into the ring. Dreamer tosses him out. Francine in and hits Credible. Dawn Marie in. CAT FIGHT! Mmmmmm… Francine with a bronco buster on Dawn. Credible with a singapore cane setting up to hit Francine. Raven dives at Francine, Credible picks up Raven, and drops him with a tombstone for three.

Outside in the parking lot, a guy asks Corino how he feels after disrespecting a legend. Corino says that Dusty isn’t a legend and that he could kick his ass. Rhino says that he wants the winner of Awesome/Spike.

Out first is Spike Dudley. Comes to ringside and begins to set up a table on each side of the ring. Double stacked on the entrance side. Spike Dudley grabs a mic and says he is going to win, so Awesome better get his ass out here.

Match 7 - ECW Title - Spike Dudley Vs. Mike Awesome w/ Judge Jeff Jones

Awesome walks out with the Judge. Spike goes after Awesome before he can get full into the ring. Awesome hip tosses Spike into one of the ringside tables. Takes off his belt and showcases it to the crowd. Spike slides back in, but is met by Awesome, who picks him up, and tosses him out to the double stacked tables, which completely crack in half. Awesome outside now, and whips Spike into a guardrail and over. Awesome flips him over the guardrail and rolls him into the ring. Awesome sling shot, splashes him self onto Spike for a two count. Awesome to his feet, and is showboating. Awesome drags Spike by the shirt into the center of the ring. Sets up for a power bomb, but once up there Spike gives Awesome shots the face. Awesome falls over the ropes, and to the outside, followed by Spike. Spike goes for an acid drop on the guardrail and connects. Spike grabs a chair and cracks Awesome on the back of the head, and upper back. Spike rolls into the ring and is favoring his right knee. He tries a dive through the ropes but lands right at the feet of Awesome. Awesome rolls him into the ring and climbs to the top. Spike jumps up and connects with a hurricarana, Awesome jumps up and delivers a clothesline. Awesome picks him up and leads him into the corner, whip into the opposite, Spike with a boot to the face, second time a double boot. Spike jumps down on the sternum of Awesome. Spike rolls to the outside followed by Awesome. Spike goes for a chair, but Awesome kicks it back into Spike’s face. Awesome picking up Awesome and flipping him over the guardrail. Awesome with a chair, and nails Spike in the head. Awesome back in the ring. Awesome setting up, spring board off the top rope, and dives into the crowd and hits Spike. Awesome slipped as he landed, and smacked his right elbow, and head HARD. Awesome slowly getting up, picks up Spike and flips him over the guardrail. Spike is busted open, looks to be on the forehead. Awesome gets a table, stalling by setting it up. Walk around the ring to pick up Spike, and heads around again. Awesome whips Spike into the turnbuckle post. Awesome and Spike on the apron now, below is a table. Spike grabs Awesome, runs up the turnbuckle and dives out to the floor, landing on the table, Acid Drop. Spike taunting Awesome. Spike grabs a chair and wails Awesome. Spike climbs the ropes, and jumps off hitting Awesome headfirst with a chair. Back in the ring are both men. Another Acid Drop attempt, but Awesome counters by tossing Spike to the outside, on a nearby table. Awesome gets a table in the ring, gets Spike and sets up in the corner. Awesome with an attempted powerbomb, Spike counters with an attempted acid drop, Awesome back flips Spike over him, and then clotheslines him. Awesome grabs Spike, and sets up another table. Awesome heads to the top rope with Spike in hand. Awesome bomb off the top rope, through a TABLE! 1-2-3.
