Hosted by Joey Styles and CyrusThe PPV opened with taped footage of Blue Boy and Jasmine St. Claire (in a bikini) on the beach. Blue Boy saw a guy laying out on the beach and started harassing him. Jasmine racked the guy just as he started getting in the Blue Boy's face. Jasmine and Blue Boy kiss and Sinister Minister (also on the beach) welcomes us to Heatwave 2000!
Joey Styles and Joel Gertner then doing their opening lines live from the arena. Cyrus comes out (to you suck di*k chants)and interupts Gertner. Cyrus and Gertner exchange words. Cyrus tells Gertner that he is a gutless piece of sh*t. Gertner tells Cyrus he is glad he feels that way and says he is going to leave. Cyrus starts running his mouth as Joel was leaving the ring. Joel turned around and jumped on Cyrus' back. Security broke everything up.
Big Sal and Tony Marmaluke come out and slam the ref. The chair swinging freak Balls Mahoney comes out and gets in Sal's face. Sal spits on Balls. Balls turns his back and Sal attacks. Balls kicks Sal between the legs then blasts him with a chair. Sal chokeslams Balls. Sal lands an elbow off the top on Balls. Sal with a belly to belly suplex for the pin.
Kid Kash, Danny Doring, and Roadkill vs. Simon Diamond, Swinger and C. W. Anderson
Electra and Lou E. Dangerously come out following CW Anderson but he sends them to the back. Kash and Simon start off. Fireman's carry by Simon into a wrist lock. Arm drag by Kash followed up by chops onto Simon. Roadkill and Doring come in and go at it with Swinger and Simon. Amish splash onto both of them. Doring and Roadkill double clothesline Swinger and Simon out of the ring. Kash hits a huricanrana off the top to the outside on CW. Springboard clothesline by Kash. CW hits the ferris wheel on Kash for a two count. Swinger tagged in and hits a belly to back on Kash. Anderson tahhed in for double team action on Kash. Kash chops on CW. Kash with a moonsault from the top on CW. kash tags in Doring who superkicks Swinger then hits the bearback on Simon. Swinger with the "swing thing" on Doring for a two count. Simon multiple snap suplexes Doring for a two count. Anderson tagged in and slaps Doring across the chest. Doring comes back with slaps of his own. Doring hits CW with the fameasser. Roadkill tagged in and cleans house. Roadkill with a sidewalk slam on Simon. Doring springboards off of Roadkill out of the ring onto his opponents. Kash does the same thing but a summersault plancha. Roadkill goes up top and dives out into the wrestlers taking everyone out. Doring goes up top and hits a guilotine legdrop on Swinger but it was broken up by Simon. Swinger and Simon double suplex Roadkill off the top, Kash makes the save. CW hits Kash with the spinebuster but Roadkill stops the count with a top rope guilotine leg drop. Kash picks up Swinger and drops him on his head (mind acher) for the pin.

Jerry Lynn vs. Steve Corino, with Jack Victory
Lynn rushes the ring and the match is on. Lynn goes up top and hits Corino with a bulldog. Corino rolls to the outside. Lynn goes up top and flies to the outside on Victory and Lynn. Back in the ring Lynn is in control with chops to the chest. Lynn counters a shoulder block putting Corino on the floor. Corino crotches Lynn on the guard rail. Lynn hits Corino with a ddt off the guard rail. Back in the ring Lynn opens up the gash on Corino's head. Corino is wearing the crimson mask. Lynn backs Corino into the corner for ten shots to the head. Corino hangs on and hits a powerbomb out of the corner on Lynn. Corino with the bionic elbow for a two count. Powerslam by Corino for a two count. Victory pulls Lynn out and gets his shot in. Corino follows out and whips Lynn into the guard rail. Back in the ring Lynn fights back with right hands. Corino hits Lynn with a t-bone suplex for a two count. Corino kicks Lynn between the legs. Victory throws the chair into Corino but Lynn kicks it in his face. Corino goes up top but Lynn crotches him. Lynn brings a chair in and ddt's Lynn off the turnbuckles onto the chair for a two count. Lynn takes some of Corino's blood and wipes it on his own face and stomach. Lynn writes the word "die" in blood on his chest. Corino hits Lynn with a superkick for a two count. Corni goes up top but Lynn follows and pulls him off onto the chair for a two count. Corino hits the "old school expulsion" for a two count. Victory comes in with powder in his hands. Lynn smacks Victory's hand and the powder flies into the ref's face. Corino takes off his boot and hits Lynn between the eyes. Victory hits Lynn with the cow bell. The ref wakes up and Corino only gets a two count. Lynn and Corino start fighting on their knees. Several near falls by both men. Lynn hits Corino with the cradle piledriver for the pin.

Styles and Cyrus welcome Dawn Marie to the broadcast booth. Dawn Marie says she is going to provide color commentary. She says she has never done this before and needs Cyrus' help.
New Jack's music starts. New Jack comes out on crutches. Da Baldies come out and attack New Jack. Angel staples New Jack's head. Nova and Chetti come out and attack Da Baldies clearing the ring. Chetti and Nova fly off the top rope to the outside on Da Baldies. New Jack is helped to the back by security.
Chris Chetti and Nova vs Da Baldies
Back in the ring Chetti hits a sidekick on Angel. Chetti slams Angel to the mat. Nova misses the swanton bomb on Angel. Devito hits the "Bronx bomber" on Chetti. Nova piledrives Devito two times in a row then hits a powerbomb. Chetti hits Angel with the "amityville horror". Chetti and Nova go up top and hit Angel with the "tidal wave" for the pin.

Little Guido, with Big Sal and Tony Mamaluke vs. Psicosis vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri
Mikey Whipwreck's music starts up and he comes out with Sinister Minister. Mikey gets himself involved in the match to start it off. Mikey with a huricanrana on Guido. Whippersnapper on Tajiri. Mikey summersault planchas to the outside on all three men. Tony Marmaluke enters and Mikey plants him. Big Sal picks Mikey up and rams him into the ring post. Guido eliminates Mikey from the match. Tajiri with a huricanrana on Psicosis followed up by a tilt a whirl flying head scissors. Psicosis and Guido battle on the outside. Tajiri moonsaults to the outside on Psicosis and Guido. Tajiri with a kick to the head on Guido. Tajiri superplexes Guido off the top. Guido hits the kiss of death on Psicosis. Tajiri makes the save by kicking Guido in the head. Tajiri eliminates Psicosis with a belly to back suplex. Tajiri chops on Guido in the corner. Near falls by both men. Tajiri puts the tarantula on Guido. Handspring into a back elbow off the ropes by Tajiri. Tajiri brings a chair in the ring. Tajiri places Guido in the tree of woe. Baseball slide dropkick into the chair on Guido. Guido kicks the chair in Tajiri's face. Guido hits the "sacilian slice". Guido stomps on Tajiri and chops him in the corner. Guido plants Tajiri face first onto the chair for a two count. Green mist into Guido's face. Brainbuster on the chair by Tajiri for the pin. Guido gets a standing ovation after the match.

Rhino vs. The Sandman
Match starts off with Sandman caning Rhino. Rhino comes back with a clotheslines and puts the boots on him. Sandman throws Rhino to the outside and into a guard rail. Sandman brings out a guard rail and brings it into the ring. Rhino throws Sandman into the guard rail on the outside. Back in the ring Sandman sets up the guard rail against the ropes and whips Rhino into it. Rhino thrown into the guard rail again. Sandman places Rhino on the top and hits a heinekenrana for a two count. Sandman with a bulldog onto the guard rail for a two count. Rhino suplexes Sandman onto the guard rail. Sandman powerslams Rhino then goes to the top. Sandman hits a summersault senton on the guard rail on top of Rhino for a two count. Victory and Corino come out and attack Sandman. Spike Dudley comes out with a cane. Sandman and Spike hit the 3-D on Corino. Rhino gores Spike. Rhino picks up Spike and piledrives him off the ring apron through a table. Back in the ring Sandman starts caning Rhino. Rhino counters the reverse russian leg sweep from Sandman. Rhino piledrives Sandman on the guard rail for the pin. Rhino drinks Sandman's beer after the match then leaves.

Rob Van Dam, with Bill Alfonso vs. "The U.S. Male" Scotty Anton
Match starts off with spinning heel kick by RVD. RVD hits another spimming heel kick. RVD with a tumbling splash for a two count. Anton rolls to the outside and RVD follows. RVD does a backflip off the guard rail onto Anton. RVD hangs Anton over the guard rail then comes off the ring apron and hits a cork screw guilotine legdrop onto the chair that Alfonso was holding. Back in the ring Antons begs off. Military press slam by RVD followed up by a backflip for a two count. RVD with a rolling fireman's carry into a backflip off the ropes. RVD crotches Anton on the ropes. Anton throws the chair in RVD's face. Anton hits RVD in the head with the chair. Anton off the ring apron, hits a bulldog on RVD across the guard rail. Back in the ring Anton kicks on RVD in the corner. Anton picks up RVD and rams him into the turnbuckles then puts him in the tree of woe. Anton goes outside and stretches on RVD's neck. Both men up top, Anton hits a belly to back for a two count. Anton surfboards RVD. DDT by Anton for a two count. Anton dropkicks RVD in the head. RVD rolls to the outside and Anton follows out with a double axe handle. Anton comes off the ring apron with a clothesline on RVD who was perched on the guard rail. Back in the ring Anton puts RVD in the tree of woe. Anton runs at RVD with the chair but RVD kicks it back in his face. Anton puts RVD in the boston crab. RVD comes back with a spinning heel kick. RVD with an inverted atomic drop. RVD grabs a chair and skateboards the chair into the face on Anton for a two count. Split legged moonsault by RVD for a two count. RVD with a rolling monkey flip on Anton. Anton hits RVD with the chair then applies "the clapper". Anton brings Alfonso into the ring and put "the clapper" on him. Vandaminator on Anton. RVD goes up top and hits the 5 star frog splash. RVD goes back up top and the fans chant for the Vanterminator. RVD hits it! He springboarded off the top rope from the opposite side of the ring all the way across into the corner (baseball slide dropkick style) and kicked the chair in Anton's face.

ECW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP - STAIRWAY TO HELL
Justin Credible, with Francine vs. Tommy Dreamer, with Jazz
Gorgeous George comes out and sets a ladder up in the aisle way. George makes it known she is in Dreamer's corner. Dreamer and Credible stare at each other. Match is halted because some drunk people were messing with Francince at ringside. Security comes out to break it up then 1/2 the locker room empties out to help as well. Match finally starts off with Dreamer knocking Credible down. Sueperkick by Credible. Powerslam by Dreamer. Dreamer clotheslines Credible out of the ring as well as himself. Dreamer hits Credible with a beer. Match goes into the crowd and to the back of the arena. Dreamer picks up a ladder and sets it up on the merchandise stand. Dreamer and Credible work their way up the ladder. Credible pushes Dreamer off the ladder onto the concrete. Credible brings the ladder down to the ring. Credible crotches Dreamer on the guard rail. Dreamer whips Credible into the ladder. Back in the ring Dreamer calls for the ladder. Dreamer places it across the turnbuckles. Credible whips Dreamer head first into the ladder. Credible places a chair on the turnbuckles and the ladder under it through the ropes. Dreamer slingshots Credible into the ladder. Dreamer sets up the ladder and starts climbing it. Francine pulls him off right on her. George gets in the ring along with Jazz. George hits Jazz. George then helps Francine up. Francine went for the bronco buster but Jazz got the boot up. Jazz strips Francince of her shirt completely topless. Francince has tape on her nipples and runs off. Dreamer climbs the ladder and gets the barb wire. Francince came back out with a shirt on. Dreamer wraps the top rope with barb wire. Dreamer crotches Credible on the barb wire on the ropes. Credible hits the thats incredible barb wire for a two count. Dreamer hits a ddt for a two count. Another that's incredible piledriver on the barb wire for the pin.
