Hearing Postponed Again For Bret Hart Attacker Zachary Madsen

According to PW Insider, Zachary Madsen, who attacked Bret Hart at this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on WrestleMania weekend, was scheduled for his arraignment yesterday in New York, but the hearing got postponed until September 9th. This is now the fifth postponement in the case since the incident occurred in April. If found guilty, Madsen could spend up to a year in jail for assault in the third-degree.

Bret Hart would comment a short-while after Madsen’s attack, saying he felt bad that it happened, but thinks the punishment Madsen suffered at the hands of several WWE stars was more than justified.

Stay tuned.
