Jim Ross On AEW Television: “It Looks Like It’s Going To Be Wednesday.”

On the latest episode of the Steve Austin Show, legendary commentator Jim Ross talked to the Rattlesnake about All Elite Wrestling’s upcoming television show on TNT. Ross predicted that the show would most likely be on Wednesday night considering Turner typically broadcasts NBA games on Tuesday.

I’m not sure exactly the date. I’ve heard two or three stories. It’s early October. I think it’s going to be on a Wednesday night, but that’s not been confirmed to me. Tuesday and Thursday are big basketball nights on TNT and we sure as hell don’t want to dance around the basketball schedule. Logically, by process of elimination, it looks like it’s going to be Wednesday. We’ll see.

AEW has trademarked for both “Tuesday Night Dynamite” and “Wednesday Night Dynamite” during their trial process. An official night has yet to be confirmed. Check out Ross’ full interview with Austin here.
