According to PW Insider, Promociones Dorado leader Salina de la Renta has restructured her contract deal with Major League Wrestling and given her more power in the front office. She’s already served as a middle-man for certain talent negotiations, and will now be learning more production business for the company. Renta’s new deal has also locked her in with the company for several more years. At 22-years old, she’s already one of the most vital aspects of the promotion.
Reports also state that MLW has signed Tristen Thai, an indie star whose work has primarily been seen in Beyond Wrestling.
MLW hosted a recent poll of who fans would like to see challenge for Tom Lawlor’s Heavyweight championship. Davey Boy Smith Jr. received the most votes, and that program is now possibly on the table for the future.
