When PWI released their top 100 female wrestlers for the year, the biggest talking point was Becky Lynch being ranked at #11. PWI took to Twitter today to defend the ranking, stating that her major push only started two weeks before the year ended for ranking purposes. They elaborated by labeling the rest of her year as only being “ok”.
Becky wasted no time in responding with a dig of her own. Here’s the original PWI tweet and Becky’s response:
To @JRsBBQ (who I thank for the mention on his new podcast https://t.co/mgmmQJldwf), granted, @BeckyLynchWWE is red hot, but she her current momentum began just 2 weeks before the end of the "Women's 100" evaluation period. Otherwise, her year was just okay.–Stu Saks
