Randy Orton Apologizes For WWE Shining A Light In The Live Crowds Eyes During His Wrestlemania Match With AJ Styles

Former 13-time heavyweight champion Randy Orton took to Instagram to apologize on behalf of WWE to the live WrestleMania crowd at MetLife Stadium who had a bright light blocking their view of the ring during his showdown with AJ Styles. Orton says that it was a screw up on WWE’s end, and that the fans missed a really good matchup because of it.

For the live crowd that saw this 👆🏼tonight during my match at #WM #wrestlemania at Met Life Stadium tonight, I would like to apologize on behalf of @WWE for screwing up and shining a bright light in your eyes for 95% of our match. You missed a really great fucking match.

Styles would defeat Orton by pinfall after hitting a Phenomenal Forearm. Check out the Viper’s IG post below.
