Ted Dibiase sent out a Tweet today to reflect on his mother and her groundbreaking accomplishments as a female wrestler sixty years ago. While doing so, he threw his support behind Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair being in the main event of this year’s Wrestlemania:
My mom, Helen Hild, was a pro wrestler. In 1957, her Seattle match was the 1st women’s bout to take place there in 11 yrs. At times her matches were 2-out-of-3 falls.
